Targeting youths who live a fast-paced lifestyle, Unifi positioned QR codes at multiple touchpoints of the commuter’s journey – from the internal and external of the KL Sentral hub to the illustrious mall, NU Sentral. Every QR code scan highlighted a different segment to showcase what it means to Live Unstoppable with a faster and smoother network, as Unifi proudly suggested.
The QR codes presented were all uniquely set to entice commuters to listen to a banging Spotify playlist, watch the latest blockbuster movie trailers or sports highlights and hop on the #LiveUnstoppable challenge on TikTok.
A general OOH study has shown that 62% of Malaysians would scan QR codes to retrieve more information and 37% agreed that advertisements with QR codes amplify brand interests.
